Ghantoot Compound
A gated community located in MBZ city in Abu Dhabi consists of 40 prototypical villas, gym facilities, swimming pool and other services. The project stopped for few years and was resumed after redesign works and improvements in elevation, utilities and construction cost. The project called for a tight budget to meet financial objectives of the owner. AVANTGARDE managed to source alternative designs and smart procurement methods to meet owner goals and resume the works. When completed it is anticipated this compound will attract executive staff offering gated community lifestyle for Abu Dhabi residents.
