Rainbow Chalet
Rainbow Chalet comprises of 22 chalets and a restaurant located in Abu Dhabi. The external materials of the chalets have been selected to pick up on some of the colors from the natural landscape of Abu Dhabi. Moreover, each chalet includes a curtain wall which is sustainable exterior feature. Curtain walls are translucent and sustainable glasses that are lightweight, offer excellent weather protection with high-impact resistance. Curtain walls eliminate water penetration, therefore, prevent corrosion. The restaurant’s exterior design also uses curtain wall system and a golden winged frame inspired by falcons, symbol of pride and strength in the UAE.
