The project is located within Al Rawdah District in Abu Dhabi, Sector West 56.  The entire plot has a total area of 15, 840 sq.m.

The entire development is composed of a residential apartment block, a military accommodation and commercial villas ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms complete with dedicated carports.  Adequate parking areas are also provided for the rest of the blocks.  The project's objective is to accommodate the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center Staff, mainly, the military personnel responsible for the safeguard and security of the Shk. Zayed Grand Mosque Center's premises, the Imams, Muezzins and Quran readers along with their families respectively.  Apart from staff housing, commercial villas are also intended to generate income for the Grand Mosque's operations.
