The project is a private villa for a VIP.  It is located along Al Khaleej Al Arabi St. on an existing compound.  It is an addition to an existing residential complex. 

The villa is a two-storey residence designed to house 10 bedrooms on the upper floor with a family sitting and a family dining.  It is designed to take full advantage of natural lighting, illuminating the core of the villa through its wide-open skylighted atrium.  It is the main hub of the residence providing grand entrance and high-ceiling grand staircase to access the upper floor.  Facilities such as gym with complete sauna and steam room facilities are also provided on the roof along with the family dining and some outdoor and semi-outdoor sitting for the family to enjoy.

The facade is designed to be neo-classic in style, a contemporary approach fused with classic taste to provide exquisite aesthetics while being full responsive to physical climate through its natural and high-quality materials conducive for high-end residences.

Furthermore, the villa will be served by adjacent service block to respond to the family’s daily demands and necessities.  Another service block is provided to serve the existing main villa adjacent to it.
