A new villa within the boundaries of Sheikh Saeed Palace area is to serve as the new home of His Highness’ son. The 2,200 square meters villa incorporates 2 majlises, 5 master bedroom suites, swimming and reflective pools, living & family quarters along with designed outdoor garden areas and landscape. The design depicts UAE heritage and arabesque elements with arcades and arrival entrance providing a VIP palace sense of approach. The design also incorporates interior detail finishes, floor patterns, wall treatments and intricate mosaic details of wall pantries, staircases and toilet interiors. Exterior lighting is carefully designed to enhance the arabesque expression of the exterior facade, dome and perimeter arcades.
