A new VIP villa in Jumeirah Area, Dubai, is to serve as VIP guest house. The 800 sq.m. villa includes 2 majlises, 4 master bedroom suites, swimming & reflective pools, living and family quarters, and beautifully-designed landscaping and outdoor garden areas. The design also includes detailed interior finishes, floor patterns, wall treatments, and staircases and toilet interiors. Exterior lighting was also carefully designed to enhance the modern and cluster approach of the overall master plan. The design theme introduced the “Cluster” like concept where different parts of the villa occupied separate blocks connected to each other via arcades and landscaping elements.
