Sheikh Saeed Compounds
A residential complex proposed as a retreat for HH in Dubai city. Two private luxury villas in additional to three service blocks formed the masterplan of the site. Site setting out called for privacy which impacted orientation due to adjacent mid-rise towers. The villa compound was also designed to accommodate future expansions and additional sports facilities. Modern lines, simple and minimalist massing was the theme of the overall approach. The project was procured based on a fast-track method, whereby a part of the design was developed during construction along with the contractor.
