The Weave Tower
The Weave Tower is a unique development solution located at the corner of ADNEC area and along Al Khaleej Al Arabi main road. The owner intends to create a true landmark development that reflects the importance of the site.
AVANTGARDE responded to the objectives of the site and the owner, and have developed schemes addressing the project brief, architectural themes and budget constraints. The three options were developed around simple and efficient plan layouts, economic massing and cladding as well as maximum number of apartments and parking spaces.
Furthermore, the plot included gym & swimming pool facilities, commercial & retail areas, and other amenities on the podium level for families. With some 300 apartments, the development will add quality living environment to Abu Dhabi residents.
