This is a unique development solution located at the corner of ADNEC area and along Al Khaleej Al Arabi main road. The owner intends to create a true landmark development that reflects the importance of the site.

AVANTGARDE responded to the objectives of the site and that of the owner, and developed two schemes addressing project brief, architectural themes and budget constraints. The first option called for a very symbolic sculpture representing the late HH Sheikh Zayed's face image, created by a group of sculptural rods that forms the image together. The approach of the design was paying respect and admiration to the legacy of HH Sheikh Zayed, his works, visions and his spirit into the future of UAE. When constructed, this development is envisaged to create a memorial destination for visitors as well as residents of the UAE. The other option was an inspiration of the dhows, the old fishing and pearl-hunting boat. Two towers representing the two sails of the dhow cruising above a dynamic podium, accommodating two types of residences: apartments and serviced apartments.
