CPC Villas
In cooperation with Crown Prince Court, the villas were designed to reflect the Emirati heritage and sustainability. CPC Villas Project is composed of 180 villas in two locations, Al Shamkha and Mohamed Bin Zayed City. The villas are categorized into two types, townhouses and stand-alone villas. The villas are designed from simple masses and incorporate insulated building blocks, shades and gardens. Through these, intimate and private spaces with the aim of balancing an open community feeling with each family’s privacy, is created.
