Fujairah Townhouses
The project is located in Al Faseel District, East coast of the Emirate of Fujairah. The project consists of 80 villas and a health club, in cooperation with the Crown Prince of Al Fujairah, H.H. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi.
The project marks contemporary architecture and arabesque patterns, the regal white structure stands testament to a city embracing the future while staying true to its heritage. The townhouses are designed from simple masses incorporated with insulated building blocks, shades and a garden. Through these, intimate and private spaces with the aim of balancing an open community feeling with each family’s privacy, are created.
The landscape on the South wing is approximately 2.3 meters wide stretching along the length of the South Road which will be allotted as a green avenue serving the next phase of the project.
