The design approach was to create one complex that blends together with the skyline of Al Reem Island, innovating an iconic landmark with ecumenical form.

The principle of the design revolves around the traditional Emirati coastal culture.   Living along the sand and the sea created the idea of “The Shore “, when the sea meets the sand and from there, rhythm of the waves of living, starts.
