Al Qurm View
Al Qurm View is a property development for DESAX Properties which aims to accommodate owner senior staff residence. The objective is to create a value for money, and a very efficient design that responds to owner’s demands. The site location enjoys special views toward Al Reem Island Mangroves, where the project name was derived from, Al Qurm.
The Architectural design called for simple yet elegant, unique and modern building that adds to the urban fabric of Al Reem Island. The use of natural stone and glass cladding enhanced the rich outlook of this development. The reduced footprint allowed for a higher building, and the single-loaded corridor allowed a unique layout where all residential units enjoyed sea views, and gave the feel of villa/ townhouse living environment.
