This project is located within one of Abu Dhabi’s established destinations for beach developments, Al Raha.  It is strategically located along Al Raha creek.

The aim for this project is to provide the Client with unique external design options and highly efficient floor that will result in the maximum efficiency in terms of sellable project area and consequently maximize the return of investment.

Al Raha Beach Residence is a single building that is comprised of two (2) basements, intended for parking and retail while the Ground Floor and the typical 6 floors are intended for residential apartments ranging from 1 to 2-bedroom units.  It has a total GFA of 8,000 sq.m. and an overall BUA of 12,760 sq.m.
