The proposed project is located in Ain Al Fayda Community in Al Ain, UAE.  It is a community center that consists of retail shops from supermarket to F&B’s, retails shops and other specialty shops, that cater daily needs items.

This project aims to provide quality services for the community’s residents, from healthcare and well-being facilities and other services that are necessary for the community and their end-users. The Q-Community Center is composed of a lower-ground floor, an upper ground floor, a first floor, and a roof that has an intended outdoor dining on one portion.  Outdoor dining areas are also included to add different dining experiences. Furthermore, food drive-thru facilities provide on-the-go services.
