Saadiyat Community Center
The project is bounded by a 4.20-hectare private plot owned by the Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) located in Saadiyat Beach West to North of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Highway at Exit 11. The immediate neighborhood of the project area is the Police Station and the District Cooling Plant. The private plot will be developed into a community center that will house several shops, cinemas and supermarket, internal roads & parking lots, open spaces and pocket park.
