A very cost effective, yet elegant and unique, the design offers maximum living space with great balcony areas allowing a breathing out door area to gain from the lavish landscaping surroundings the site. The design offers generous amenities of indoor swimming pool, male & female GYMs, as well as retail space at ground level, with 72 car parking spaces at basement and ground levels. As per geotechnical investigation foundation should be raft on piles despite the fact the foundation level was almost 13 m below existing ground level, some tension piles were introduced to resist uplift force and maintain economic design for the raft. Floor system adopted is Post tensioned slabs with some beams where needed. The lateral force resisting system against lateral loads (wind /seismic) was provided through Shear walls/ cores to the frames formed by columns and columns strips of PT slabs.
