The Wahat Yas development lies on the edge of one of the most progressive metropolises of Abu Dhabi. It is a 185-hectare site located adjacent to the E10 Abu Dhabi-Dubai Road and E12 Sheikh Khalifa Highway. To the west is a waterway which dissects the development with Yas Island to the east.
