Al Yassat Island Chalet
The project is located on Yassat Island, south-east of Arabian Gulf, 35 km north of Abu Dhabi mainland. It consists of 13 high-end chalets, one of which is allocated for VIP guests while the rest are standard 2 and 3-bedroom chalets. Along with these chalets are the central majlis with gym facilities and a service block facility. The chalets are served and accessed through an internal road via low-speed vehicles or LSV's as part of the services. The parking spaces are located at the central portions of chalets, along the main road for ease of access. A separate access and parking area are provided for VIP guests.
