Al Qudra Holding strives towards sustainable development so it only seems fit to house their corporate office in Al Ain in a sustainable environment that is a true reflection of their values. This office building consists of office spaces, meeting rooms, cafeteria, model display area and outdoor landscaping.

The design of the headquarters is an adaptation of Ain Al Fayda’s master plan as it incorporates traditional architectural aspects of materials, building layouts and courtyards creating a vibrant work setting. The U-shape floor layout integrates a central courtyard inspired by al hoash of the UAE traditional house. The landscaped courtyard enhances the overall atmosphere of the headquarters both aesthetically and environmentally as it allows for wind ventilation, maximization of views and sunlight into interior office spaces breaking the traditional work setting as well as providing the employees with an outdoor sitting and dining areas. The facade is cladded with concrete GRC panels to achieve the feel of simplicity in the design, a feature associated with traditional UAE architecture.
