The development is located strategically beside one of Abu Dhabi’s premier parks, the Khalifa Park.  It is envisioned to promote work-life balance in this corporate-engaging capital.

The TDIC Complex is a mixed-use complex aiming to house residential apartments, serviced apartments and offices.   The development is composed of seven towers ranging from six (6) to ten (10) stories.  A single podium is incorporated to group these buildings into three, namely the office towers, the serviced apartments towers and the residential apartments towers. 

The ground floor houses all the common amenities such as health clubs, retails, multi-purpose halls, laundry, salon and other related services.  They are served by a common basement where 1,036 car parking is allocated for the complex.

The project has an overall GFA of 170,000 sq.m. and an overall BUA of 220,000 sq.m.
