Al Bateen Wharf
Al Bateen Wharf is a unique destination development that is intended to create an anchor for Abu Dhabi western coastal area. The project consists of W- Hotel tower, and three Towers of high exclusive residential apartments. With a total GFA of some 99,000 sq.m., the new development would compete to create a hub for commercial, residential, & entertainment center in the City of Abu Dhabi. Designed by an international group of elite architects & engineer of: KPF, WSP, & MYKD for landscaping, AVANTGARDE has the role of coordinating all designs, the Detailed Design and Construction Documents, as well as being the Architect of Records for this project. Occupying a special water front edge, the site is located adjacent to a vast marina and overlooks the sunset of Abu Dhabi coast line.
