The Gate Plaza is a luxury mixed-use development situated on 108 hectares of land. The development is located in Bani Yas City at Al Mafraq area, approximately 25 Km southeast of Abu Dhabi City, 20km southwest of Abu Dhabi International Airport and 2km east of Al Mafraq interchange along the main road from the Al Mafraq interchange to Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The development is a combination of residential and retail usage.  The residential usage is comprised of residential apartments (260 units) ranging from 2-3-bedroom units.  It has a total GFA of 45,452 sq.m. while the retail space covers a total GFA of 11,334 sq.m.  The parking area has a total coverage of 26,000 sq.m.

The architectural style used in this project is of contemporary in nature.  It is exhibited by straight lines, and simple geometrical forms/masses coupled with the use of architectural contrasts. Colors and textures.
