Shedding light on the aspects contributed by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Zyn Yas comprises a master plan which reflects the country’s existing heritage and character. Inspired by the Arabic letters of the word “Zayed”, the letters encompass 97,097 sq.m. space of residential apartments, offices and entertainment spaces such as pop-up markets and playgrounds. In the heart of Zyn Yas, comprises the Zyn Yas cycle track which will be the steepest and longest climbing bridge platform which also includes urban climbing features for people and an under- the-bridge thrill swing also for extreme enthusiasts.
